We bought our spa from you two years ago, and I'd have to say it's the best investment we've ever made! Monique knows her stuff, she has knowledge and experience, gave us excellent advice, and she is a genuinely happy and helpful person. I am in heaven. I recently bought a fantastic spa from here at a fraction of the cost of a brand new one. Everything about it was tip top and in great running order. Not only was I shown how it all works, but I was also even provided with laminated instruction sheets for my spa. Once delivered, I was texted to ensure all was well. I rang back as I was unsure on a few things, and my call was greeted by someone who was friendly, informative, and patient...she said to call back anytime... no worries. What great after-sales service! I recommend this service100% and do not believe I could have got a better service from anywhere else.
